Welcome to AI Cleaner ("we," "our," or "us"), a product of Trandlook. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the AI Cleaner mobile application (the "App") handles information when you use it.

AI Cleaner is a photo and storage cleanup tool. Its core work — scanning your photos and files to find duplicates, similar shots, screenshots, blurred photos, and large files — happens entirely on your device. Your photos and videos are never uploaded to us or any third party. By using AI Cleaner, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Access You Grant (Processed On-Device)

• Photo Library: Analyzed on-device to detect duplicates, similar photos and videos, screenshots, and blurred shots. Photos are not uploaded or shared.
• Contacts (optional): If you use contact cleanup, contacts are read on-device to find duplicates and incomplete entries. They are not uploaded.
• Face ID / Device Passcode (optional): Used only to unlock your Secure Vault. Biometric data is handled by the operating system and is never accessible to us.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device & Diagnostic Information: Device type, operating system, app version, and crash reports.
• Usage Analytics: Aggregated, non-identifying statistics about which features are used, to improve the App.
• Subscription Status: Whether you have an active subscription, managed by the app stores and RevenueCat.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we use commercially acceptable means to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share your photos. We may share limited information only in these cases:

• Service Providers: Trusted providers that help operate the App (Firebase for analytics/crash reporting, OneSignal for push notifications, RevenueCat and the app stores for subscriptions).
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government regulation.
• Business Transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will be notified).

7. Data Retention

Because AI Cleaner works on-device, your photos, videos, and contacts are never stored on our servers. We retain only limited information for as long as needed:

• On-Device Data: Scan results, your Secure Vault, and app settings live on your device and are removed when you delete them or uninstall the App.
• Analytics & Crash Data: Aggregated/pseudonymous data via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics is retained per Google's applicable retention settings.
• Subscription Information: Purchase records managed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat may be retained as required for billing, tax, and legal obligations.

8. Children's Privacy

AI Cleaner is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Services

AI Cleaner uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Analytics and crash reporting
• OneSignal: Push notifications
• RevenueCat & App Stores: Subscription management and purchase validation

AI Cleaner does not display ads and does not use advertising or tracking SDKs. These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
